Rush Hour Star Chris Tucker's About to Be Homeless :(

Note to Chris Tucker: Maybe it's not the best idea to hang on to your multimillion dollar mansion when you've basically disappeared off the Hollywood map.

The actor, whose last big hit was revising his role five years ago as the wisecracking sidekick to Jackie Chan in the Rush Hour franchise, is losing his $6 million mansion in a tony Florida neighborhood because he can't cough up the dough to pay his mortgage.

So how much does he owe?

The comedian turned actor, 39, owes more than $4.4 million on the 10,000 square-foot home to SunTrust Bank, per the Orlando Sentinel.

Foreclosure papers were filed in Circuit Court in Lake County by the bank to repossess the waterfront home on Lake Apopka in the upscale Bella Collina community.

Tucker purchased the house, complete with a pirate-ship themed basement with a mast and a sail, in 2007 after it was featured in a "Street of Dreams" event. The manse features five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, a pool and an outdoor kitchen, per the Baltimore Sun.

Last year, the Internal Revenue Service secured an $11.5 million lien on the home in an effort to collect federal income taxes from Tucker.
